Gay History Law Foes Accused of Hiding Campaign Contributions
Equality California filed a complaint Monday accusing the Capitol Resource Institute and Pacific Justice Institute of raising and spending money to qualify a 2012 repeal referendum against the new gay history law without registering as campaign committees.
