Impulse L.A. knows how to mix near naked pleasure and STI education with one more pool party at the Andaz on Sunset before the summer season is over. Read more below.
Impulse Group Los Angeles is the founding chapter of the international group dedicated to promoting healthier sexual lifestyles among gay men. With support from the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, this group of volunteers works to create campaigns, events, and online content to reach a new generation of gay men who live in a modern and rapidly evolving world.
On Saturday, September 9, Impulse hosted Soaked #9 at the rooftop pool at the Andaz Hotel on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood. Cocktails, pool toys, and tiny, tiny bathing suits. The end of summer is inevitable, but getting an STI doesn't have to be. Guys tested their knowledge about STIs with a game show. Think "Price is Right" meets "Wheel of Fortune" with a dash of RuPaul's "Gay for Play" thrown in.
