EuroPride Parade 2018 Stockholm drew a record number of spectators, riders, flags, and glitter dresses, and even more focus on the serious issues in the parade. Stockholm Pride is the largest in Scandinavia. The EuroPride Parade Stockholm broke all records with an estimated amount of 55,000 to 60,000 participants along the road between City Hall and EuroPride Park at Ostermalm's IP. When the first float of the parade reached Ostermalm's IP, half of the floats were still waiting to start from the City Hall. All in all, the march was three hours and 15 minutes long from start to finish, according to the event's website.

The spectacular EuroPride Parade is the main highlight of the weeklong EuroPride Festival for many visitors. It may be a huge party, but it is also a chance for people to show who they are and an opportunity to show solidarity with their fellow human beings.
