We don't have the numbers to prove this, but if anyone was worried about young folks not celebrating Pride like the older generations have, you can relax. The entire city of West Hollywood was throbbing with youth, vitality, and an envigorating sense that life can be a wonderful performance piece -- including makeup, wigs, and all the trappings. L.A. Pride and the three day festival started out with an explosive concert with Paula Abdul and Todrick Hall, and peaked on Sunday with the parade and festivities. There were revelers still dispersing at 5 a.m. as a huge team of city workers were dismantling and cleaning up.
