Leatharcore is a leather couture brand founded, owned, and operated by designer Apaulo Hart. Apaulo creates each piece lovingly by hand, making them all one-of-a-kind works of art. Leatharcore unites fetish wear, utilitarian design, and the high quality of haute couture. Leatharcore's mission is to be truly sustainable while serving and always celebrating the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, non-binary, queer, pansexual, asexual, intersex, and 2-Spirit (LGBTNQPAI2S) community. Leatharcore is committed to POC and LGBTNQPAI2S folks, centering them in Leatharcore runway shows, fashion photography, and in fashion films. It is important to pay artists living wages, this is why Leatharcore is passionate about not participating in the contemporary practice of underpaid labor.
