Recently, a now-failed congressional candidate -- Jazmina Saavedra -- filmed herself trying to remove a trans woman from the ladies' room of a Los Angeles Denny's. Saavedra's video was triggering to even cisgender people, but when trans women -- who have often lived through similar experiences -- watched the clip, their reactions were heartbreaking.
