Out producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron are slated to coproduce an upcoming reality show that makes life a little more musical, according to Variety.Life as a Song gives people the opportunity to make a major announcement or ask a question in the form of an elaborate song and dance.

A half-hour segment will detail the backstory of the episode's subjects and will show him or her learning how to dance.

Zadan and Meron are teaming up with another producing duo, David Metzler and David Collins from Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, who came up with the idea for the developing show. Zadan and Meron added collaborators who were also experienced in musicals, according to the article. (The Advocate)
