110 Photos of the Biggest Halloween Event in America
West Hollywood has become famous for its Halloween Carnaval. The event began in 1987, making this the 30th anniversary, the West Hollywood Patch informs. Despite more security than usual, the only arrests made were the usual drunk and disorderly ones. And even those were few, according to the sheriffs in WeHo. Mayor John Heilman told the West Hollywood Patch, "I'm amazed each year by the imagination and talent that go into creating elaborate and inventive costumes. The joy of the crowd is palpable and the celebration is a wonderful testament to the city of West Hollywood's creativity."
