 Variety reports that John Cameron Mitchell's film version of his stage hit Hedwig and the Angry Inch has been nominated for a 2002 American Choreography Award. The 2001 film competes in the feature film category with Lagaan and Monsoon Wedding. The awards will be handed out October 20 in Los Angeles.
