       Two acclaimed 2002 features with gay content make their video debuts on Tuesday, October 22. The Mexican arthouse hit Y Tu Mama Tambien will be released by MGM in both unrated and R-rated versions, and the DVD will include deleted scenes, a making-of featurette, audio commentary with the cast, and a short film by the film's cowriter. Borstal Boy, which stars Sean Hatosy as bisexual Irish writer Brendan Behan, will be released on DVD and VHS by Strand Releasing.

        Global pop star Demi Lovato will perform at the 37th annual GLAAD Media Awards on March 5 in Los Angeles, with actor and producer Jonathan Bennett returning to host a ceremony that will stream exclusively on Hulu later this month, GLAAD announced Monday. The event will spotlight LGBTQ+ representation across film, television, music, and journalism. The Advocate, along with its sister publication, Out, is among the nominees for Outstanding Magazine.
