       Focus Features has acquired U.S. distribution rights to Swimming Pool, the first film in English from acclaimed gay French director Francois Ozon, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The new film reunites Ozon with actresses Charlotte Rampling (Under the Sand) and Ludivine Sagnier (8 Women) in a murder mystery set in the south of France. Focus, which distributed 8 Women in the United States, is looking at a 2003 release for Swimming Pool.
