TV Guide Online reports that Ami Cusack, one of two out lesbian contestants on Survivor: Vanuatu, posed for Playboy magazine in 1996. Cusack, now 31, was billed in the magazine as "the perfect Venus guy trap." Her bio on the CBS Web site lists her profession as "barista/model."
