Actor Nathan Lane and playwright Terrence McNally--who teamed up for such acclaimed stage successes as The Lisbon Traviata; Lips Together, Teeth Apart; and Love! Valour! Compassion!--will reunite for the off-Broadway production of McNally's latest, Dedication or the Stuff of Dreams. Playbill.com reports that the play's premiere run in New York will begin previews July 26 and run August 18 through September 18 at 59E59 Theaters. Lane and Marian Seldes will play an upstate New York couple who takes over a decaying vaudeville theater.
