One of this year's critical favorites, gay Thai director Apichatpong Weerasethakul's Tropical Malady, debuts on DVD Tuesday, November 1, from Strand Releasing Home Video. The film begins as a romance between a young soldier and a country boy before taking some very unusual and unpredictable turns. The DVD includes deleted scenes, a commentary, and other special features.
