Heather Matarazzo is in negotiations to star in Hostel 2, the sequel to the popular horror film. The Hollywood Reporter announced Wednesday that she is in talks to join Lauren German and Bijou Phillips in the film, in which three women who are studying abroad for the summer learn the grim truth about a Slovakian hostel. Matarazzo's character is described as "the tagalong." The out actress was most recently seen in The Princess Diaries and Saved.
Eli Roth will direct the film from his screenplay, and Quentin Tarantino and Boaz Yakin will return as executive producers.
