National Hockey League officials will allow makers of a gay comedy film currently in production to use the logo of the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The film, Breakfast With Scot, charts drastic changes in the lives of an ex-Leaf and the team's lawyer, his partner, after they become guardians of an 11-year-old boy described as a "budding queen," reports the Associated Press.
The movie is filming in Toronto and stars Tom Cavanaugh of Scrubs, Ben Shenkman of Just Like Heaven, and Noah Bernett of Gothica. It's based on a novel by Michael Downing. (The Advocate)
