Rumors swirl
about Knight leaving Grey's

T.R. Knight is mulling a departure from his hit show, Grey's Anatomy, reports MSNBC's gossip columnist, Jeannette Walls.

According to Walls's story, the openly gay actor is still upset over Isaiah Washington's use of the word "f****t" on the set in October as well as at the Golden Globes earlier this month. Even more upsetting to Knight is how ABC and Grey's brass handled the controversy.

"[Knight] feels that the atmosphere is so toxic and unhealthy. I suppose things could change and [Knight] would stay, but for now, he's planning to leave the show," a show insider reportedly told Walls.

Knight's publicist first declared "No comment" to that charge but later called Walls back to say the accusation is "completely, 1,000% false." (The Advocate)
