Barbra Streisand is one of the latest additions to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art's board of trustees. Other new members joining the board include Willow Bay, a television journalist; MySpace cofounder Chris DeWolfe; and philanthropic investor Anthony Pritzker.
Last year LACMA initiated a comprehensive building program to expand, upgrade, and unify its six-building, 20-acre campus.
"This new group of trustees will bring even more diversity of experience and community interests to the leadership of our continuing transformation of the museum," said Michael Govan, LACMA's CEO and director. (The Advocate)
