A legal battle has formed over the revenue from the Oscar-nominated film Capote between two of its producers. Michael Ohoven has filed suit against William Vince and Infinity Features Entertainment, claiming that Vince kept part of Ohoven's ownership of the film to himself, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The complaint was filed Thursday in the British Columbia, Canada, supreme court. The plaintiff's arguments claim that the producers agreed on splitting the revenue 60-40. According to the article, Ohoven is now seeking to split the revenue equally.
