ThinkFilm picks up Woody and 'The Walker'

ThinkFilm has purchased the North American rights to The Walker, the fictionalized story of a gay Washington society escort and the murder scandal he gets caught up in, The Hollywood Reporter detailed Monday.

Written and directed by Paul Schrader, The Walker stars Woody Harrelson as the title character, and costars Kristin Scott Thomas, Lily Tomlin, Lauren Bacall, and Mary Beth Hurt. The Walker is the bookend to a loose trilogy of earlier Schrader films, including American Gigolo and Light Sleeper.
