Out GQ editor Mickey Rapkin's upcoming nonfiction book, Pitch Perfect, is being adapted for the big screen, according to The Hollywood Reporter. 30 Rock writer Kay Cannon is slated to pen the screenplay, and Elizabeth Banks and Max Handelman will produce for their company, Brownstone Productions.

Pitch Perfect is a comedic look at the world of collegiate a cappella men's choruses. The author follows teams from Tufts University, the University of Oregon, and the University of Virginia as they deal with competitions, groupies, parties, and bitter rivalries. (The Advocate)
