The votes are in! The contestants of RuPaul’s Drag Race season 8, speaking to The Advocate at the Logo reality show’s Los Angeles premiere at the Mayan, have revealed who they want to be the next president of the United States.

It was a close race between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, and ultimately ... it was a tie! See their reasons for choosing their respective candidates, a few dark horse candidate proposals (including Batman and Naomi Campbell), and their “senior superlative” introductions for themselves on the following slideshow. Bernie Sanders

"I think that he's the man for the job. I think he's got the most qualifications and most gold stars out of all of the categories. ... Feel the Bern!”

Hillary Clinton
