WATCH: Gay Couple's Adoption Story Included in CBS Holiday Special

A gay couple featured for the first time in CBS's 16th annual Home for the Holidays TV special told the story of adopting alongside other families.

The annual special aims to promote awareness of children in foster care who are in need of adoptive families. This year's telecast highlighted the story of Rich Valenza, a gay man who adopted a 5-year-old and 4-year-old brother and sister shortly before he met his now-partner Jared Gee.
