training program gets federal funding

The Pennsylvania-MidAtlantic AIDS Education Training Center, which provides training in HIV care to regional health care professionals, recently received a five-year, $19 million federal grant to keep the agency operating through the end of the decade, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports. The center provides training for health care professionals in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Delaware, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
