God's Love We Deliver director will move on to guide the MAC AIDS Fund.
Nancy Mahon, executive director of New York City's God's Love We Deliver, which provides meals and nutrition services to people living with HIV and other serious illnesses, has resigned from the organization, according to a release from the Association of Nutrition Services Agencies. She is leaving to become the new executive director of MAC Cosmetics' MAC AIDS Fund, effective at the end of the month.
"During Nancy's time at God's Love We Deliver, the organization experienced great growth in many areas and expanded its mission to serve other people with life-threatening illnesses," says Frank Abdale, executive director of ANSA, in a statement. "Keeping with a tradition of cutting-edge programming at God's Love We Deliver, Nancy has helped lead the field of nutrition services for the critically ill towards new horizons." (The Advocate)
