The Politics of Fur takes two top prizes at Outfest
The 20th edition of Outfest, the Los Angeles international gay and lesbian film festival, presented its annual awards ceremony Sunday, with Laura Nix's The Politics of Fur taking prizes in two major categories--American narrative feature and actress in a feature (Katy Selverstone). The festival concludes Monday with a screening of Stanley Kwan's Lan Yu.
