Q What are your suggestions to help a young
fashionable man get ready for summer weather
and sexy swimsuits? Help!
A Sexy summer weather is upon us and
it's countdown time for all of us! Here
are some fun and helpful tips that
we live for since summer is around the corner.
We love swimwear--and if you
want to sport that new summer body and tan we
suggest the following: 1. Avoid liquid
calories--beware of smoothies,
some contain upwards of 600 calories
--yes, 600 calories! 2. Eat
filling foods with high water
content--like watermelon, cucumbers, and
grapes. 3. Drink six to eight glasses or more of
water a day--hydrating is key! 4. Think
about reducing your intake after
8:00 p.m.--your body slows down then and
according to some experts those
added calories may not burn fast enough at
night. 5. Get shut-eye. Watching
what you eat is essential. A healthy body is a
happy body in that "Rosa Cha and
Blueman" summer bikini or sunga. Lastly,
hit the gym and do some cardio (we recommend
doing elliptical machine for 25
minutes a day, four times per week). Doing
cardio burns fat faster and makes you feel
better. Start some of these helpful
