Levi Johnston Porn Star of the Year

He has yet to even shoot his nude spread for Playgirl, but already, Levi Johnston is racking up the awards -- for porn.

Last night in New York, the once almost son-in-law of Sarah Palin accepted the award for "best crossover performer" of the year at the first Fleshbot Awards. Johnston showed up at the awards -- founded by the Gawker empire and named for one its most popular sites -- dressed in a suit and tie, accompanied by bodyguard/manager Tank Jones.

The award show's emcee introduced Johnston with the following: "For the bravery to be himself despite the pictures other people want to paint of him, and for taking control of his image and letting us all enjoy in it, the mainstream to porn crossover award goes to... Levi Johnston."

After accepting the award Johnston was hounded by the press, who asked everything from whether he'd be up for doing adult films ("No.") to whether he would indeed be going full-frontal for the shoot.

Despite earlier reports that Johnston's full-monty spread was a done deal, Playgirl's Daniel Nardicio admitted, "We're still working that out." Nardicio tweeted earlier today: "Arriving at shoot! Will let you all know how it goes."
