Country singer Chely Wright, who came out as lesbian in May, made her first performance at an LGBT event -- the 21st Annual GLAAD Media Awards in San Francisco. Wright performed her song "Heavenly Days," backed by country musicians Jeremy Lister and Grammy-winner Rodney Crowell, who she called her "straight ally."
