Melissa's Attorney Fires Back at Tammy

Tammy Lynn Etheridge's attorney claimed in court on Monday that ex-partner Melissa Etheridge has left her broke, but Melissa's lawyer says that's not true.

Etheridge attorney Neal Hersh told People that Tammy Lynn is "being well-provided for and then some, as are the children, which are Melissa's first priority."

Hersh stated the rock star has been paying household bills for Tammy Lynn and the children as well as giving her $2,000 each month for extra expenses. Hersh referred to Tammy Lynn's claim that her credit card was declined at a grocery store as a "one-off situation."
