Saud Abdulaziz bin Nasser al Saud, the Saudi prince who is standing trial in London for the murder of his assistant, was a fan of same-sex erotic massages, a male masseur claimed in court.
Saud admits to strangling and beating his assistant to death in a London hotel room in February but is fighting charges of murder and grievous bodily harm, hoping to receive a milder manslaughter conviction. Prosecutors at the trial say Saud and his assistant, Bandar Abdulaziz, were lovers and that Saud killed Abdulaziz in "a sexual fury" -- police discovered bite marks on Abdulaziz's cheeks.
The story of the masseur, who claims to have gotten naked with Saud for the massage, which took place three days before Abdulaziz's death, seems to contradict Saud's assertions that he is not gay.
