Three Long Island teenagers have been arrested in connection with a physical assault on a 14-year-old boy, who they reportedly believed to be gay, in an incident that took place on a school bus.
The suspects attend Nassau BOCES High School in Westbury, and include 18-year-old David Spencer of North Valley Stream and 16-year-olds Roy Wilson of Baldwin and Chase Morrison from Lakeview. The three suspects are accused of beating the victim on a bus in Hicksville October 12 and harassing him on October 13, and they are charged with varying degrees of harassment and assault.
Two adults were on the bus, but police say they didn't report the incidents as they should have.
