Air New Zealand has recruited Richard Simmons as its new air safety 
ambassador, leading a group of Lycra-clad extras through the in-flight safety video as only he can.

Simmons turns the brace position into a choreographed routine and instructs passengers to "blow and blow" if their life jacket is short on air.
