Donte Stallworth of the Baltimore Ravens said he supports marriage equality, CNN anchor Don Lemon's decision to come out publicly, and added those who ridicule others for their sexual orientations are probably hypocrites.
"Sad that people are ridiculed for their sexual orientation in this age... and leave religion out of this, God loves ALL!!! #hyporcrites," he wrote on Twitter Tuesday. He also quoted out comedian Wanda Sykes, who said, "If you don't believe in same sex marriage, don't marry the same sex."
He also encouraged Lemon, who recently shared that he is gay in his new book, Transparent, as well as with The Advocate.
