Barneys New York announced today that Lady Gaga will be the face of its holiday campaign and will be reinterpreting Santa's workshop in a display to be installed over an entire floor of the men's section in the department store giant's Madison Avenue store.
Gaga will be aided in the project by her stylist, Nicola Formichetti -- who also serves as creative director of Mugler -- as well as artists Eli Sudbrack and Christophe Hamaide Pierson of Assume Vivid Astro Focus.
New York Magazine reports that Formichetti also worked with Gaga and Barneys to create exclusive, limited-edition gift items to be sold in the workshop as well as other Barneys stores, with 25% of sales going to charity.
The workshop is slated to go up in mid November.
