McInerney Trial Analysis The Advocate on Headline News

The Advocate's Neal Broverman appeared on Headline News last night to discuss the Brandon McInerney trial. McInerney's lawyers are using a "gay panic" defense to win a lesser charge of manslaughter instead of first-degree murder combined with a hate crime.
