Rosie O'Donnell finally weighs in on the recent Kirk Cameron controversy, saying if homosexuality was unnatural to gay people, we wouldn't be gay.
"It's so not pious," O'Donnell says of Cameron's antigay remarks in a segment of The Rosie Show from last Friday. "It's very un-Christlike, Kirk. Really. If you want to follow the Jesus model, man, don't go shaming people like that for who they are."
Cameron appeared on Piers Morgan's CNN talk show and when asked his opinion of homosexuality, said it's "unnatural." He continued, saying, "I think that it's detrimental and ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization."
