Myki Meeks, flip it around, winner winner!

RuPaul's Drag Race season 18 broke viewership records for the iconic LGBTQ+ reality TV program, and Meeks is proud to represent the flagship series as the newly crowned queen.

As the first queen to win RuPaul's Drag Race without winning a challenge in the first five episodes, Meeks served as an underdog who bounced back after her competitors unfairly put her in the bottom during the Rate-A-Queen talent show episode.

Following her only bottom placement the entire run of the show, Meeks went on to win four challenges and consistently stayed in the top as she made her way to the finale and was eventually crowned as America's Next Drag Superstar.

Now, Meeks is ready to use her reign as a sign of hope and rebellion against all of the anti-LGBTQ+ legislation that's sweeping the nation under President Trump's second term.

"Especially here in Florida, the political agenda is actively against us. They are scared of us. Why are you scared? Put on a wig, change your life. Ron DeSantis hates us so much because he used to be a drag queen! He was so ugly and so terrible at it, we ran him out of the scene. Now, he has an agenda against us," Meeks tells Out.

Despite all of the twists and turns that were thrown at the queens during season 18 of Drag Race, Meeks is grateful that her passionate queer fans rode with her since the cast announcement dropped back in January.

"This is the most iconic queer show in television history, okay? I can't control the lesbians on Twitter! They are the best fanbase you could ever ask for. They're at every show and support the divas. Not too much on my lesbians!"

Although the crown is sitting nice and tight on her head right now, fans are already manifesting a Werk Room return for Meeks in a potential All Winners season in the future.

"Any opportunity to be on the show again, I will take. I loved every second! It's a little intimidating to go against queens like Sasha Colby, Bob the Drag Queen, Nymphia Wind, Sasha Velour, but they're up against Myki Meeks. That's a beast they may not be familiar with. I just want to be at the Sasha Colby meet-and-greet every day. They've been doing drag for 40 years! I wouldn't compare, but I have skills too!"
