The drag star and makeup mogul "broke her silence" over the controversy in the most Trixie way possible.

When Kylie Jenner dropped a sneak peek image for her new Valentine's lip gloss on social media last week, Trixie Mattel fans weren't exactly seeing hearts -- well, actually, they literally were, and that's the problem.

The Kylie Cosmetics lip gloss, which is a part of the Valentine's collection set to launch on February 3, includes two matte lip kits, a lip gloss set, a lip balm set, a pressed powder palette, blush sticks, a highlighter, and false lashes. The issue is that the blushes and lip glosses come in heart-shaped packaging that is, at the very least, quite similar to Mattel's line, which the Drag Race All Stars 3 winner launched in 2019 -- something that several Twitter users were quick to point out.

Jenner was accused of serial theft of the work and creativity of queer artists.

And they came with receipts of previous instances when Jenner seemingly borrowed ideas from drag queens, including another Drag Race alum turned makeup mogul, Kim Chi, and other queer artists.

This didn't go unnoticed by fellow Drag Race star Detox, who, in response to Jenner's announcement for her line on Instagram, let her know she was over it, officially.

While social media may be very vocal about the controversy, Trixie herself hasn't said a word. Rather, she posted a response on Twitter with the caption, "breaking my silence and addressing the situation." The accompanying video featured her applying lip gloss in front of an image of Kylie's new line and then appearing to be shocked, all as the theme to The X-Files played.

It appears that Mattel is taking it all in stride and with a laugh, which is precisely what we've come to expect from the self-professed skinny legend.
