Here Are the LGBT Animal Lovers To Follow On Instagram

Many of us know the major gay players with pets currently ruling Instagram, specifically Ellen DeGeneres and Russell Tovey. But there are many others whose fur-filled Instagram accounts fly under the radar. It's time to put an end to that:

Tegan and Sara:
You might know identical twin sisters Tegan and Sara for their catchy indie rock songs, but did you know they also post a lot of pics of Sara's adorable cat Holiday?

The Star Trek star has a very active Instagram, but he saves time for snaps with his two dogs and kitty. His post about donating to the New York Humane Society melted our hearts.

Alan Cumming:
Alan and his pup Jerry are the subject of many of his photos. He also posts many sweet #tbt photos of his now-deceased but much beloved dog, Honey.

Johnny Weir:
The figure skater owns a tiny dog named Tema who is the cutest thing you've ever seen. Tema is a Japanese Chin, an unusual breed we'd like to see more of.

Brad Goreski:
The celebrity stylist raises two adorable golden pups with his fiancee, Gary. His Instagram is mostly client pics but there are a few family shots. Bonus: many pics of Brad shirtless, which is a revelation.
