Turkish Activists Arrested at Pride Parade Jubilant After Aquittal

Turkey is one of the 20 Muslim countries where homosexuality is technically legal. However, in 2016, officials banned the Pride Parade, and 11 LGBT activists were arrested. A year later, these activists were finally acquitted.
