HBOs black comedy Six Feet Under, the creation of gay writer Alan Ball (American Beauty), will begin its second season in March 2002, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The show made its debut last month, making it ineligible for this years Emmy nominations. However, with HBOs announcement that it will delay the fourth season of its popular show The Sopranos until June, thus putting it outside the window of eligibility for the 2002 awards, the chances that Six Feet Under will garner a fair share of nominations are improved considerably.
