The Netflix hit queer-inclusive series The Umbrella Academy has made it back to the present and the streaming service has dropped the series' third-season trailer.

The Umbrella Academy is based on Gerard Way and Gabriel Ba's graphic novels of the same name. It focuses on a superpowered dysfunctional family of adopted siblings who have been trained as a superhero team under the name of the Umbrella Academy.

The trailer starts off where the last season began with the Hargreeveses returning to the present only to find things aren't how they left them. The Umbrella Academy will be going head-to-head with the Sparrows Academy, and from the looks of the trailer that's not going to be so easy.

"Smart, stylish, and about as warm as a sea of icebergs, the Sparrows immediately clash with the Umbrellas in a violent face-off that turns out to be the least of everyone's concerns," according to a news release announcing the trailer. "Navigating challenges, losses, and surprises of their own - and dealing with an unidentified destructive entity wreaking havoc in the Universe (something they may have caused) -- now all they need to do is convince Dad's new and possibly better family to help them put right what their arrival made wrong. Will they find a way back to their pre-apocalyptic lives? Or is this new world about to reveal more than just a hiccup in the timeline?"

The cast of The Umbrella Academy season 3 features Elliot Page (Viktor Hargreeves), Tom Hopper (Luther Hargreeves), David Castaneda (Diego Hargreeves), Emmy Raver-Lampman (Allison Hargreeves), Robert Sheehan (Klaus Hargreeves), Aidan Gallagher (Five Hargreeves), Justin H. Min (Ben Hargreeves), Colm Feore (Reginald Hargreeves), Ritu Arya (Lila Pitts), Justin Cornwell (Marcus), Britne Oldford (Fei), Jake Epstein (Alphonso), Genesis Rodriguez (Sloane), Cazzie David (Jayme), Jordan Claire Robbins (Grace), and newcomer Javon "Wanna" Walton, whose character's name still hasn't been revealed.

Season 3 of The Umbrella Academy premieres June 22 on Netflix.
