8 Women leads the list of Cesar nominations

Gay director Francois Ozon's 8 Women received 12 nominations for the Cesar Awards, France's most prestigious film prize, which were announced Friday. The campy musical whodunnit is up for Best Picture, Director, Actress (Isabelle Huppert and Fanny Ardant), Supporting Actress (Danielle Darrieux), Female Newcomer (Ludivine Sagnier), and Original Screenplay, among others. The awards will be presented February 22 in Paris.
