In the wake of its Best Drama win, Brokeback Mountain experienced a post-Golden Globes bounce Tuesday. The film, which was in ninth place over the four-day holiday weekend, soared to the top of the chart for the first time the day after the Globes as it picked up an estimated $735,000 in 683 theaters, besting the weekend winner, Glory Road, which grossed $693,713 in 2,222 theaters.
