       In the wake of
            its Best Drama win, Brokeback       Mountain
            experienced a post-Golden Globes bounce Tuesday. The
            film,       which was in ninth place over the four-day
            holiday weekend, soared to the       top of the chart for
            the first time the day after the Globes as it
            picked up an estimated $735,000 in 683 theaters, besting the
            weekend       winner, Glory Road, which grossed
            $693,713 in       2,222 theaters. (Reuters)

        If you’ve ever taken a walk down Holloway Drive near La Cienega Boulevard in West Hollywood over the last few decades, chances are you spotted a silver-haired gentleman enjoying a glass of wine with his chihuahua on a second-story motel balcony. Occasionally, you might see a friend sitting and laughing with him on his perch, which is decorated with a string of colorful Christmas lights, a tiki mask, plants, and other kitschy décor.
