The View, Rosie gets another TV gig
Out star Rosie O'Donnell, who made headlines Friday when it was reported that she is becoming one of the cohosts on The View, will also be hosting the May episode of PBS's LGBT newsmagazine show In the Life.
The Emmy award-winning O'Donnell will host the episode titled "Family Ties," which will explore gay families.
"Kelli and I are constantly reminded as we raise our two sons and two daughters that the joys, challenges, and frustrations of family life are universal," O'Donnell said in a statement.
The episode will examine child custody fights between gay parents and their "ex-gay" partners. (The Advocate)
