The Sundance Channel is expanding the interactive element of its Web site, allowing viewers to get more involved in the original documentary content. The Hollywood Reporter announced Tuesday that SundanceChannel.com will launch two minisites based on the queer-themed documentaries The Hill and TransGeneration.

Features of the sites will include blogs, podcasts, photo galleries, deleted scenes, discussion groups, and exclusive video clips.

Christopher Barry, Sundance Channel vice president of digital media and business strategy, announced that a minisite would also be created for the upcoming documentary series One Punk Under God , which follows the life of Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker's son as he forms his own church, which is accepting of homosexuality.
