Advocate contributor Anderson Jones dies

Anderson Jones, a contributing writer to The Advocate and a former critic for E! online, suffered a major coronary and died June 21 at the ArcLight Cinema in Los Angeles prior to a screening of A Mighty Heart, according to Variety magazine's Web site. Jones had suffered from health problems in recent years. He was 38.

Jones had also written for CNN Headline News, TNT's Rough Cut, Emmy magazine, and Lavender, an GLBT publication in Minnesota. (The Advocate)
