The Seattle Opera will begin hosting LGBT nights, the New York Sun reported Tuesday.

On pre-selected Friday nights throughout the 2008-2009 season, the Opera will offer discounted $100 orchestra seats (which normally range from $94 to $140).

According to the Sun, LGBT nights will also include private intermission receptions, complimentary refreshments, and a free pre-opera lecture.

Performances that will be included in the LGBT night program are Aida, The Pearl Fishers, and The Marriage of Figaro. (The Advocate)
