Kim Anderson, executive director of AID Atlanta, the largest AIDS service organization in Georgia, has announced her resignation, effective January 6, the Southern Voice reports. A national search for a replacement is planned. Development director Steve Balfour will serve as interim executive director during the search and says he plans to apply for the permanent position. Anderson will join BoardWalk Consulting, an Atlanta firm that works with nonprofit organizations. (Advocate.com)
